CAMP INFORMATION

OPEN WATER SWIM TEST

All campers will be required to pass a preliminary swim test shortly
after check in. Campers must pass the swim test to attend the camp session.


In order for each camper to get the most out of Camp Wake all campers need
to be proficient swimmers and comfortable in open water. Camp Wake is all
about being in, on or near the water. We do not teach swimming lessons!

This test will be performed while parents are still present.

Campers will be asked to perform the following in open water: The swim test is for the safety of our campers.

Please do not attend Camp Wake if you do not know how to swim.



SESSION PRICES

Cost per five day session is $1,250.00.

A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is due upon registration and goes toward the session cost ($1,250.00-$250.00=$1,000.00 balance).

Sessions include all accommodations, food, drinks and snacks.


WHAT TO BRING

We have prepared a recommended packing list of what each camper needs to
bring to Camp Wake. We recommend that you do not bring cell phones, iPods,
laptops or any other items you would not want damaged or lost. Camp Wake
is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All $250 deposits are non-refundable. Refunds are as follows:

Number of days prior to start of camp Amount of Refund
31 days or more Tuition paid to date less deposit
30 - 15 days 50% refund less deposit
14 days or closer No refunds



WITHDRAWALS & DISMISSALS



CHECK IN PROCEDURE

Campers will check in on Sunday at their cabin's scheduled time. After check in,
all campers must take a mandatory open water swim test before parents leave.
Once campers have successfully passed the open water swim test, equipment
will be issued.

The check in schedule is as follows:

2:00 pm: Tantrum Cabin

3:00 pm: Tootsie Roll Cabin

4:00 pm: Raley Cabin

5:00 pm: Invert Cabin



FOOD

Camp Wake will provide your children with high quality, nutritious meals.
In order to become better athletes it is important to make good nutritional
choices. Camp Wake is proud to work with our food suppliers and their chefs
to create healthy, nutritious, kid friendly meals and snacks.


MEDICAL CARE INFORMATION

Camp wake has a registered nurse on staff at all times. They will be available to treat minor illness and determine when a camper may
need to see a doctor. Parents will always be contacted in the event your child needed ouside medical attention.

The following is required to attend Camp Wake:

1.) A medical information form
2.) A sports physical

At Camp Wake you will get to enjoy Wakeboarding, Wakeboarding, and more Wakeboarding! Not only does Camp Wake offer wakeboarding
behind some really cool boats, we also offer wakeboarding on our ERC Wakeboarding Cable System. Other activities at Camp Wake include:
